Dressing the part for working out can have a positive influence on workouts. Just like dressing the part for work, when you do so it helps make you ready for the occasion. Especially if you are going to be working out early in the morning. I suggest putting your workout clothes next to your bed, so when you wake up you step right into them. When I am wearing the proper clothes to workout, I feel better about myself and it makes me want to try harder. It is about how you feel in the clothes and you want clothes that make you feel good.
Working out is about feeling good. When you feel good as a mom, the rest of your family will follow. You are the foundation and being your best self will help your family be at their best.
